Your satisfaction is our top priority. Try us or get a prorated anytime refund for the Shared Hosting/Reseller Plans. Refund will be added as credit to the hosting account. The cancellation request should be sent through email to [email protected] informing about the reason for the cancellation and accordingly the refund will be processed. However the refund does not cover the below mentioned packages :-
- Domain Registrations/Domain Transfers/Domain Renewals.
- Dedicated Servers.
- SSL Certificates.
- Control Panel Fees.
- Third party software licenses.
- Any other Add-ons.
After sending the cancellation request, it would take 5-7 working days to complete the refund process. Credits or refund is given only when there is a valid technical issue faced due to hosting services. Refund amount will be decided by our Billing department.
There will be no refunds issued in case the web hosting account was involved in violation of our terms of service or any kind of illegal practice or abuse of services/resources.
Refund does not cover any taxes, processing or setup fees, handling or postage charges.
